- Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the goods are delivered.
7. Returns & Refunds

- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
